Figure 3:Vitiligo skin biopsy (a) showing perivascular CD4+ cells in the reticular dermis, and CD8-stained biopsy (b) showed positive perivascular cells but less than CD4. One week after grafting, anti-CD4-stained biopsy (c) showed perivascular and interstitial positive cells, and it was negative for CD8 (d). Two weeks after grafting, deep dermal CD4+ cells (e) and dermal CD8+ cells (f), which were less in number compared with CD4 cells, were reported. (g) Depigmented graft showing CD8+ cells near melanocytes, and these cells (h) were seen scattered in the upper dermis in other depigmented grafts [diaminobenzidine (DAB) ×200].
